Our trained staff is ready to deliver your propane and service your Propane -or- Natural gas equipment. If your gas equipment needs to be replaced, A&B Propane has a showroom of Gas Logs, Vent Free Fireplaces, Gas Grills, and a variety of other gas equipment for you to browse.
What Our Customers Say
Most recently my gas log stopped working. Scott was my technician and was able to uninstall the unit and have the valve replaced at their workshop. The log was reinstalled and worked while he was there, but would not light after he left. He returned a week later and found another part needed to be replaced, which he did on site. The best part of all this was that A&B did not charge labor for Scott coming out the last time, which by far exceeded my expectations. I’ve lit this log no less than 20 times since and it’s worked every time.

Propane Gas Deliveries
We deliver propane gas for Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural/Farm, U.S. Military and Government uses. We’ll help you to determine the appropriate tank size for your needs as well as develop a delivery schedule based on your usage. The goal for both the customer and the gas company should be for the gas company to deliver the maximum number of gallons (based on the size of the tank) in the fewest trips possible, while never letting the customer run out of gas. This creates the most proficient transaction between both parties by creating fewer fees and the lowest possible ppg for the customer as well as creating less truck fuel/labor/wear/tear/maintenance on the gas company’s end. And, fewer trucks on the roadways is better for everyone!

Gas Line & Tank Installation
A&B Propane is a Qualified Gas Contractor. Our Service Technicians are trained to run propane gas lines as well as deliver/install aboveground ~or~ underground propane tanks. Our Service Technicians are also trained to run natural gas lines and connect to your existing natural gas Meter.
Service/Repair Gas Equipment
As a Qualified Gas Contractor, A&B Propane’s Service Technicians are trained to install new gas equipment (propane or natural gas) as well as provide service to clean or repair your existing propane or natural gas lines and gas equipment.
Gas Logs and Grills
A&B Propane sells and displays a wide variety of Gas Logs (Vent-Free and Vented), Direct Vent Fireplaces, and Inserts. We also sell many accessories for these gas log products. Before you buy any Gas Logs, stop into our showroom where you can actually SEE numerous Gas Logs in operation. It’s all about the way the flames look when they’re burning, folks!
We offer a wide variety of Gas Grills from multiple manufacturers. While we cannot display ALL such grills in our Showroom, we do have numerous Gas Grills on display.

Food Trucks
A&B Propane is one of the few companies in Southeastern VA or Northeastern NC that will properly install and test the propane gas lines throughout the food truck or trailer to ensure all such gas lines are operating correctly as these mobile kitchens/vehicles and their staff travel over the roadways preparing and providing food for their customers.
Budget Plan
A&B Propane offers a Budget Plan for our existing gas-heating customers wherein your payments are spread out over 10 months. There is no additional cost to be on our Budget Plan and you will have the convenience of knowing your precise monthly payment . . . one less surprise each month!
Free Estimate
No existing gas lines in place? No problem. An A&B Propane Service Technician will arrive on site (one time, folks) to prepare a Free Estimate of costs for your specific job. This benefits both parties by giving the customer a realistic idea of the costs involved for the job, as well as giving the A&B Propane Technician a visual inspection of the site to hopefully avoid unforeseen possible problems.
